RE:The Only Real OIL and GAS InvestmentI second everything HP said. POU mgmt (IE the Riddells) do not do anything that would threaten the long term value of shareholders. They are not afraid to let the shares crash during times of oil bear markets. They don't do the kinds of things other companies do that would be at the detriment of shareholders. Other companies do things to the detriment of s/h when oil prices crash such as but not limited to: -Bad hedges -Issue massively dilutive shares -Take on excessive debt to continue drilling - etc etc They do the prudent thing they pull up the rigs pull in the horses and wait it out until oil prices improve. Other companies often answer to other parties which can have it's benefits (But also don't help speculators looking for real value) if a person is look for unhinged exposure to oil prices after a bear oil market, POU is the place you want to park a good chunk of your money.
