Why down over 2% while OG stocks in green

A just recent downgrade but target set @ $40, plus I'm speculating it's related to production shortfall due to fires.. maybe!

I'm just reporting analyst views. In fact CIBC   and others have reduced price targets ( one year out) to $39 , $37 Canadian funds.
