Cheapest Energy Company North America - Core Holding -Eric

IT HAPPENED !!

Eric Nuttal has jumped on the band wagon, supports the Riddells 45% ownership position, and bought a full position in Paramount Resources, now he has made it a top pick of Nine Points Energy Partners.

Eric reccoments that POU be a long term hold in your porfolio, and that it is the cheapest energy stock in North America.

The balalnce sheet of POU is bursting with shareholder value and with zero debt, they have the capital to fund what ever they need to.

Clear Water 100% company:
  • They have the Land
  • They have already drilled a few wells
  • They likely are working on an development plan (Phase 1)
  • They have the capital on the balance sheet to make it public.
Therma Oil
  • They have the Land
  • They have already drilled a few wells
  • They likely are working on an development plan (Phase 1)
  • They have the capital on the balance sheet to make it public
Liard
  • They have the best acerage
  • They have about 20 wells already drilled
  • They have a number of DUCS completed
  • They have the knowledge of years and millions of dollars of investment
  • Liad represent on of the 10 top gas basins in the world.
  • They have a world leading LNG partner woodside energy as a 50% partner in the play

The list go on, but Cavalier land is likely holding some of the unfound treasure of the Canadians energy industry.

It good to have Eric Nuttal aboard, and it is simply going to blow his mind what goes on behind the scences at POU, and my guess he want to get an invite to a faimly gathering so he can rub shoulders with Mike Rose, and try his hand at charming Sue Riddell Rose.

Eric has made the big times, and i think it is a win win situation.

I've decided to jump on the bandwagon today as well.. took my first position in POU today.. dumped the last of my VET as its continued underperformance was depressing.. still got out with profits.. but not nearly as much as I would have if I'd had let the whole lot go at the $20.51 the first 20% went for.. :-( Although today was brutal, it gave me a chance to get in at a better price.. :-)

Looks like I should have held back.. went against my own rules of not taking a full position right off the bat.. should have eased in LOL.. oh well.. gonna ride that sweet monthly divi to soften the blow for a while.. ;-)

MoeMoney - nothing has changed in the fundamentals in 3 days. Oil down but supply and demand fundamentals haven't changed in the last week. Today and yesterday were risk off days. That's all.

I realize that Willygreen.. just a bit frustrated at myself as I know better than to buy a whole position on such a quick drop thinking it was a one day drop.. its all good.. I have time to wait for the rebound.. which will start tomorrow IMO.. ;-)

I looked at the EIA weekly report and it looks to me like this week there was a build, next week it will be a draw, just the way the report went.  I would not worry about it to much, i bought back a few calls that i had previously sold today and expect POU to bounce right back.  Especially coming up here oil might be the place to be if they cut interest rates in June, is will soften ...more
