Dividend increase

Can we expect a dividend raise on March 16th. There past record show a yearly increase but sofar nothing. Any thoughts...

OSFI has mandated that banks and insurance companies not raised dividends during the virus. Does POW count as an insurance company, or bank? If not, they could consider doing a raise.

OFSI also mandated that banks and insurance companies not to buy back shares, POW did start buying back their shares in february , so they could raise dividend as well.
