Theres difference in opinion on this. Honestly the shady way the IPL deal went down left me wanting nothing to do with the 3 companies involved. It was clear collusion IMO. If I'm wrong please explain how that how event was not shady as F

lashing, there are some folks who will agree with you on that the IPL- BIPC- PPL affair did have the appearence of a collusion. Suspecting and proving the deed however are two different things. As I said at that time, the Alberta Board should have taken a closer look at it, but they did not. You just have to live with it.

The dividend relative to cashflow is too high IMO at least compared to ENB for example. And yes, the whole IPL saga left a sour taste. Just bizarre that Pembina didn't up the offer (or that they offered such a dividend increase). Won't invest in PPL for some time.
