Nothing substantial happening to the business. Maybe some institutional holding balancing. Div is coming up in a week to make up the drop at least. Upside from here

I know at the start ofThursday morning trading there was a very large block purchase that happened so, maybe a re-balance as you mentioned happened?

Not sure why the dramatic decline today...however Ink Research posted insider buy/sells on TDW this morning which shows CEO selling....but way back in Sept/22...and since then considerable buying by all Exective Officers and Directors. That report can be very misleading by anyone who doesn't read it carefully over the full period. GLTA
