food for thought - pure speculation
Drilling news for the last 4 -5 months, I suspect, was not released because of the negotations for the land acquistion. Now if the results were poor or average (remember is was all infill drilling) you think they would been released. Now if they we even slightly above average then, to me, that would increase the cost of the land.
Now with those thoughts could we be in for some more pleasant surprises with a resulting increase in resource estimates or are the upcoming dirll results more of the same and does not do really impact the resource estimates.
The "wedge" of course will increase estimate if it proves out but I am just speculating on the lastest infill that has yet to be released. GLTA
