Well, hard to say.  Eldorado has 410 million in Cash and Cash equivalents + another 150 million in Rotating credit and they just issued 500 million in senior notes ( U.S. )  The TZ transaction if I read it correctly there is another 60 million anniversary payments of 30 million 1rst  anniversary and 35 million second anniversary.  In addition they keep 19% of GMIN.V at all times through offering etc...so really if GMIN is successful and gets to profitable production

Roughly 1/2 of the 500 million U.S. will be used to repay a 234 million U.S. 9.5 % notes due in 2024.

So leaves them around 200,000 U.S Cash + 410,000 in U.S Cash and Cash Equivalents ....+ 150 million in rotating line of Credit.

Maybe they want Probe...maybe not...Maybe Osisko maybe not.

By issuing notes and not shares they don't dilute the stock.

610,000 U.S. = 762,000 CDN ...so using 600,000 CDN is $ 4.00 for PRB or 460,000 is $ 3.00 for PRB.

When Monique results come out we will know a little more.

Borden, QMX, AEG + many others ...get gobbled up without a PEA.
