Why is someone always flipping 1000 shares at a penny lose.

I'm FAR from an expert on this stuff; but having followed the stock for over 10 years I believe this is done by banks that are hired by the majors that are ultimately interested in acquiring PRB to keep the price down.  So they, often anonymously, keep selling very small lots of shares over and over, and since there are never, ever, never any buyers of the stock, ever, there's no one ...more

I think you are spot on my friend. I also think they do this to wear us down into selling larger lots and that is how they recoup their greed.
