Probe Gold Inc. is a Canadian gold exploration company focused on the acquisition, exploration, and development of highly prospective gold properties. The owns 100% of its flagship asset, the multimillion-ounce Novador Gold Project in Quebec, as well as an early-stage Detour Gold Quebec project. The Company holds a large land package of approximately 1685-square-kilometres of exploration ground within some of the prolific gold belts in Quebec. RE:RE:Globe and MailELD would be  better off taking a run at MOZ for the same price.... say 1 for 10 for a project already in development and financed. That would be about 600-800 million equivalent....I think if ELD runs to 17.50 then all 78 million wts   would be  forced exercise and that would put  $100 million  into the  project for operations...JMHO 

I think a deal with AEM is  more  logical for  PRB.... similar to the  previous deal,  spin out the remaining assets and  Dave continues his exploration expertise. ELD could just  hold the 15 million PRB shares   or  sell them ( Cross them out as before) but now they are  just under 10% and not an insider. JMHO
