Decent investment
If you think about the transaction .... most majors will pay 3-6 % of in-situ value max ( some exceptions ) 228000 ounces for 4.5 million buck CDN is ( 228,000 x 2,650 oz u.s. = 604.2 million 4.5 / 604.2 = 0.74 % of institutional value plus another 152 sq km ....
I think it's a no brainer and not really dilutive.
how is Dave P going to find another 150,000 metres of drilling without being dilutive ?

The other way of looking at this is how much / oz did this cost, disregarding the additional potential. 4,500,000 /228000 = $19.73 cnd/oz PRB current valuation $261,192,000 / 5.2 MM oz = $50.23/oz

Sounds accretive to me! A minimal amount of stock will be issued. great buy at 6g/t
