As much as I completely disagree with most of your posts- and I think Seema is doing great- I do occasionally agree with you. This is one of those times. We are currerntly positioned to get taken out with a lowball offer-  and at this point it's hard to even care. And you can say that they don't have to accept any offers but premiums are never that crazy so the buyout will be based on

Also- GLD was Flat today and GDXJ (basket of small cap miners) was up today. PROBF reports great news and is down almost 3%. And trades like 7 shares.  Make that make sense.

Brutal time for Juniors or any company without a very strong balance sheet.  Almost everything is getting thrown out along with the kitchen sink.  Amazingly, Probe is still up YTD and plus 19.1% from a year ago. This morning's release indicated enough cash on hand to finance the drilling plan into late 24', a huge number of small miners will be out of money in six or eight weeks.

I've been around since 2010 and will be around until the end either way because I like the assets and the team and ultimately think they get acquired. I just will be surprised if the end is more than 3-3.50/share USD and the sooner the better. The stock is basically even over the last 5 years so my rationale is it would have been much better to be almost anywhere else over that timeline and

Dave might actually not be president when the company is actually taken over. His antics are leading him into hot water      Shareholders might be calling for his removal very soon  He is overpaid Keeps employees that should be fired for not doing there job Ignores large shareholders, which he and the board are NOT

Just out of courisity and this is for everyone except Altim89 because they clearly have an axe to grind..What is Seema doing great at? We havent had a single meaningful buyer, no webinars, the releases couldn't be more boring, the updates include not meanifgful marketing. If the drilling and results are really exceptional, how have we not gotten a single positive result from marketing IR??

I've spoken with her at length a few times and she is very knowledgeable; but I have no way of knowing if she is good at her job or not- I suspect none of us can really say that becuase none of us know what she is doing.  We also have no idea what kind of support she is getting or what she's actually being asked to do.  As I understand it, she's in charge of "investor

Look at the stock price and the volume - clearly you can tell she does NOTHING.  Seriously what is the volume today, don't you think if she could truely get investors excited the stock would be flat and at $2.5 or $3 based on the true asset Probe Gold is sitting on.   Instead the stock is beaten like a stepchild constantly.    And sadly Dilution Dave will issue more
