I saw this on one of the other comment boards but looks like the financing is already being re-sold. If Dave or Seema knew about this ahead of time they need to be let go. This is insanity.

I will reach out to Seema. The email she sent me yesterday said the shares were subject to a four month holding period.

Meanwhile, GLD up over 2%, GDXJ up over 6% and PROBF is down over 8%.  Very high volume today so presumably somebody liquidated a pretty large position and didn't care what price they got for their shares, which makes zero sense to me.  Or am I missing something?

Making the shares free trading removes the future selling pressure on the stock price in Q1. Looks like Q1 of 2024 is important for Probe. They are obviously clearing the runway of any major obstacles. I can almost hear the jet taxiing to runway 4. I hope its not runway 3.

You still find it suspicious that we've been heairng we don't need to do a financing and then they did a sneaky backdoor financing with a company that has no interest in holding. I go back to Seema. If she can't find a single investor who wants to buy and hold. what does she do?
