I know it doesn't seem that way but we are in a position of strength.

The timing was perfect - share price aside.
Could look very different right now ... with day-to-day as a struggle and less focus on growth.
The market would be wondering if PRN might end up a casualty of COVID war.

Counting my lucky stars.

P.S. Don't let the stock price fool you. Things are not as bad as they may seem.
