Read the AIF & MICs and…...you can calculate that there exists an absolutely minescule Free Trading Float of shares available for interested investors.
Free Float would be ALL other shares that are NOT company Options, NOT Insiders/Directors and of course - and this is the key one - NOT shares controlled and/or belonging to the 4 x Grays.
So what?
Well it means in simple terms, PRQ shares are going to be more difficult to buy.
That also means the issue will be prone to be super-spikey (up, or down).
Presently the macro is providing a massive tailwind as well, the company specific situation(s), too, are also very +ve.
This looks like a breakout now and given the above, PRQ is looking at +$2.20 by early April.
