As I said...It Begins.

PSD is past the breakeven point and is currently debt free so all this revenue will be given directly to the shareholders.   A combo of special dividends and share repurchases.

There should be more of these licensing agreements coming, as well as a few large transactional sales that come about from mergers in the Oil & Gas Industry.
