RE: not really a fan of... Speaking of Brain Acker, he's got to be the most boring and conservative of all the BNN guests. He only plays the TSX60 stocks and they have to meet his very restrictive guidelines. I followed his picks for a few times and found them to be losing just like everybody else. So being careful and conservative and sticking with "blue chippers" only still do not give you better results. I looked up the results of his funds too, and they are not doing any better than his picks.
That "model" of his must be like a giant bottomless big box in which you throw in stock names at one end and a recommendation comes out at teh other end. Actually I have something similar at home, it's called a "Black Ball" I just have to look under the little glass window at the bottom for it's recommendations. Sometimes it works even better than Brian's "model". LOL.
As to PSN having a target price of $22+, it may not be a blessing. Acker's target prices have no time limit, so it could be a very long wait sometimes!!!
