shorters will say anything to get the stock price down no matter what. But I think those still short are a little nervous this weekend after the facts have been digested by the investing community. It's not like PSN has negative cash flow even if their margins were to shrink further or they continue to have A/R outstanding - not all their customers have bad credit ratings, they will still be collecting rentals.

 

 

The massive drop Thursday was due to stop loss selling that the shorters triggered by selling large amounts at the open - don't miss this point at all. Now that almost all stop loss has been taken out, the long side could get their revenge by making big bids at the open on Monday and get remaining shorts to cover.  Shorters knew fully well that there wasn't going to be any big buyers on the first day or two after the negative report and the type of markets we are in but Monday could set up to be a day where big money by at the open and force short covering - a reverse effect to what happen on Thursday.
