This company generates a LOT of revenue but it is unclear if they are indeed profitable when one considers the debt on the books...at least 70 million in debt according to my albeit amateur sleuthing on their financials...pls correct me if i'm wrong ...and now the preferreds are going to be converted into common stock...and their holders' gravy train has been taken away but on the otherhand the dilution is BIG...something the CEO did not want to do awhile ago...

Share buybacks (NCIB) and potential dividend yield of 10% look very bullish for stock price and are almost too good to be true...hence my hesitation in backing up the truck...but I want to buy...

Do they have covenants on their debt which actually allow them to buyback shares AND pay a
dividend...and what the heck is a company with 1 BILLION of revenue doing on the
Venture..am not bashing...just looking for more info...iddiots need not reply...THX

Does anyone out there know what the actual debt is?...has anyone talked to management...I will try again tomorrow...have called the California office only ...voice mail...
