People who are forced to be home and do t have work to do should definitely be burning through the self learning courses on software development. Tons of work and high tech companies are going to be fairing the best through this as they can work with less interruption even though 95% of their employees are now remote. I also think we are going to see a massive buying splurge by the tech companies as everything else is super undervalued and it will be an opportunity to create streamlined manufacturing, transportation and delivery by bringing more of it in house on the cheap. There will certainly be some big changes on the field after all this.
