Given that shareholders have little to say about matters pertaining to the operation of the company, one could conclude that management feels that it is good to receive a paycheck and that shareholders are nothing but a nuisance to be largely ignored. For things to change, there would be need to be an activist investor, but Sprott and others continue to make a lot of money from PTM as things stand. Not sure who else would step in and by now, it may simply be too late.
