Wallace Mays Persona

Wallace Mays PersonaHi all, I am looking for near term uranium producers and PWE caught my eye. I already own some UPC( former BCP) and DML(nee IUC). The only reason that is holding me to buy into PWE is that the chairman Wallace Mays seems to be the person who had a litigation with Khan Resourses( KRI), on pretty dubious grounds, over its uranium properties in Mongolia and lost. I am not sure how important role the chairmans credibility plays in the business conduct of a company or how can he affect the business. Anyone dare to opine? Thanks. Disclosure: I own neither PWE nor KRI. No bashing or pumping intended
