THE problem which wasn't highlighted was trying to get N5 Purity instead of N4 so they had solar grade silicon. That seems to be the big hurdle and it's not real clear whether this has to occur for HPQ to be satisfied and obliged to pay the balance and royalties etc. This isn't a slam dunk by any stretch so this may be why we are stalled as well. Lots of questions and not much clarity imo
If scalability isn't an issue, even 3N and 4N at commercial production means HPQ and PYR will do very very well. 5N scaled is "game over" as Bernard states in his latest video. The pilot plant is under construction, HPQ is very satisfied and raising money via PP this very second to pay PYR further installments. PYR will receive royalties from the various purities produced commercially.
Lots of questions indeed, but this year is already different in that Purevap has already shown groundbreaking, unprecedented results. I wouldnt sell before at least hearing the full purity results, you may be pleasantly surprised. Patience!
As per public information available in november 24th presentation( before R&D program was extended another month...end of Feb rather than the original end of January objective):
Pliot plant is in design phase. We are getting close to the sourcing phase. Construction to beging after inspection of sourced material. Fabrication should start mid-May as per the orginal schedule.
