RE:RE:A question for this boardGreat last line Aarman4, it's better to show-up to your problems in a mercedes. Hahaha. Good one !.... I'm thinking more like a boat , hope the next AGM is in the Bahamas , hint hint Peter......just imagine a 1,000 newly minted PyroGenesis multi millionaires arriving in the Bahamas for the AGM of the century. What a party, rock the Bahamas Peter.... Cheers.

I have been fortunate enough in my life to have built a very comfortable lifestyle, I'm a stay at home father(most of the time) to 4 kids which I have half time, and am planning on two more over the next few years. My fiance and I can easily go a year without income, and we live on a beautiful acreage that we love to just exist at. It really is paradise to us, lol!
I, like you, am a firm believer that money doesn't buy happiness. We were walking on one of our trails last evening and were chatting about the potential of our future finances, and what exactly it would change. The numbers, for us, are mind boggling going forward. The funny thing is, we really wouldn't change much!
She is a teacher, and would just drop down to substitute teaching because she loves it. We might upgrade our lawn mower, a few parts of our home, and maybe get a massage or two here and there. A big part of it would be to pay others to do things I have done on my own since time immemorial, like brakes on the cars, oil changes, buildings, lol. A little bit of a higher level of accomodations on vacation, less penny pinching on my part(I am REALLY frugal). We would increase what we give to charity, and extend our givings to nieces and nephews in regards to post seconday education and the like.
Money won't remove all of your problems, but I promise you that it is much better to show up to your problems in a Mercedes!
I wish nothing but the best for each and everyone here!
Cheers!
