further to your post MIR1, I really liked Peters response to an inquiry on Agorcom recently (sorry I can't locate the post) where he would not discuss 'ceilings' because he found 'ceilings limiting' I think he added 'hope that helps'. So many subtle (or not so subtle) hints being thrown out. IMO we are in for the rides of our life very soon when one or more of those torch contracts is finalized and NR'd.
