I'm not an accountant and this is a new thing for me. The following is a statement from the MD&A
"Percent complete revenue recognition in our major projects, which is the revenue recognition method we are mandated to follow by GAAP, is such that it is not linear, but exponential, and as such Q1 may not have reflected the results one might have expected given recent announcements"
Does this mean they probably have millions in their pocket they can't count in the financials due to GAAP accounting?
The answer I got was it will show up as cash on hand but not revenue.

Management Guidance for Q2 2020
- Revenues of $2-2.25MM are expected in Q2 2020,
- Management expects that Q2 2020 and the six months ending June 30, 2020 will be profitable.
This is with a signed contract that is guarenteed 25 million of revenue in the first year ....somehow the math just does not add up.
If this company was listed on the TSX the guidance issued would
likely have been punished for such a major dissappointment.
