SUCH a positive post on Agoracom from Peter. Hopefully those Debby downers getting IBS from the wait will read Peter's post and feel better.

I understand it must be frustrating being on the outside looking in and thinking that there is nothing else on both company’s plates other than concluding the deal and the feeling that all we need is a signature, so what is taking so long?

I get it.

The fact is there are so many issues that must discussed beforehand and that these delays are normal.

I would definitely not be concerned.
