RE:RE:RE:US Navy - Possible Reason For The DelayAnybody who has ever dealt with governments on contracts knows that they are not considered to be anything more than painstakingly slow.
Relax, be patient, it will happen.
The only investors this delay actually effects are those that are waiting for the signing of the navy contract before they sell, and I really doubt that is anybody at all.
