RE:RE:US Navy - Possible Reason For The Delay I can't remember the exact quote and don't have the time to research Agoracom but I'm pretty sure Peter dismissed the elusive 'billion dollar contract' as pie in the sky. At least in the short term. We'll see various huge contracts or tranches that eventually add up to billions but we shouldn't expect a contract that's literally in the billions. I'll let the super pumpers p00-p00 all over this notion now but this was basically what came from the horses mouth. GO PYR!!!!

What is the DoD fiscal year?
Federal Government Fiscal Year
It defines the U.S. government's budget. It runs from October 1 of the budget's prior year through September 30 of the year being described. 2 For example: FY 2021 is between October 1, 2020 and September 30, 2021.
I don't think there will be a delay the analysts on BNN did mention the US NAVY TO SIGN THE CONTRACT BY SEPTEMBER If next years fiscal year starts Oct 1 of this year It isn't much of a delay..Besides our no 1.priority is to get the big contract which is worth in the billions
