That’s a good point though… maybe they could use Hydrogen gas with plasma torches as part of the DRI process, would be interesting for sure.

If that"s the case, then why would HYBRIT and Vattenfall spend approx. $20 mil. to build the 100 m3 underground hydrogen storage tank at that pilot plant site? PYR torches can use H2 as the arc gas perfectly well.
