The discounting from a reasonable valuation is coming off, each day.

Look forward not back. Deals will be made before Summer ends. The Vale "coincidences" (fundraise, corporate strategy, Brazil carbon emission schemes) add up - and it barely matters anyways - there are only a few dozen companies on earth that pull enough iron ore to feed 500 furnaces. All potential clients are massive companies.
