McWhirter wasn't up to date during his interview months ago either (he didn't know the numbers for the US Navy contract, which PyroGenesis just won). He's just one analyst of many.

He didn't seem on top of the latest info re: PYR. He thinks new clients will want a modeling phase, when the NRs have stated they are well past that. He seemed out to lunch on this, frankly.
