Actually, it hasn't been a known FACT.  Pyro never revealed the company that gave it the tunneling contract.  We've all been PRESUMING that it's ArcByt, especially when with their Montreal job posts.  But when Peter was asked about that on Agoracom, he said far be it from him to comment on another company's job posts.

But with all that being said, this latest info about the solar farm makes it pretty obvious.
