They would be buying all the way to $10 in anticipation of the BIG contracts.
Why would they let the stock price at $4 when one plane will buy for 50%-100% replacement.

The funds talk and interview the CEO and try to get as
much info as possible. They know more than us about the contracts.
If they aren't buying to $10 then it is not as BIG as you think.
