If there are not many shares to go around and we have low volume, then why aren't the funds buying it and bringing it up to $10 since it will be $30 or $40 very soon?
Let me go another way.
If a stock is $4 and you the hedge fund thinks it will be $40 in 6 months, would you not
start buying even on low volume days and bring the stock up to $10 by you only knowing
that it will be $40 soon?
Yes you would.
