Market does not know what's going on with negotiations.If they knew then there's a leak and someone will get fired. So because of this market does not know what direction the s.p should take. I also bet IIROC have criticized institutions who ve been shorting the company recently because alot of investors have complained as well as probably Peter of the illegal trades that took place Do you see shorters now? well.... not that many. and the s.p have stabilzed . What the market is telling us is "since we dont know whats going on with negotiations and since IIROC have complained to some shorting institutions lets keep the s.p where it is now till we get further development to negotiations
