That was what clinched it for me, not simply because of what you learn, but because it reveals the sincerity of his communication and interaction. He delivers. He walks people back when they go overboard. He delivers. He provides broad strokes. He delivers, and his enthusiasm always shines through. This isn't some Oscar worthy performance: he knows he owns his market.
