RE:RE:RE:PYRI don't think you understand how this works. Peter is clearly seeing leasing as providing ongoing recurring revenue, so you may rethink your wording about "Pyro gets paid upfront for the torches being sold they are not out of any money nor do they get monthly revenue".

The leasing company carries the lease and make their money offering the lease and making a commission on the money. The purchasing company gets considerable tax write offs and the ability to hold more of their cash on hand for other projects.
