Hello TheShare I was about to go to bed but recognize your name and kind words little while back.
What I do know is PyroGenesis has an excellent patent track record where their proprietary tech is definitely protected in their targeted areas like Europe, North and South America, Japan, Middle East and other industrialized nations. I don't think they would apply in places where it wouldn't make economic sense like Antarctica or Zimbabwe perhaps as I do remember reading that they would only make broad claims in areas that make economic sense.
