Let's just get there first..to the point where there is so much cash in the retained earnings account w more and more inbound cash on the horizon that dividends would be a choice to be spun out to shareholders.

The next three months, six months and years ahead will be fun. Good find for those who have been involved since much lower valuations. I just started playing the Venture sinse my recent retirement, before I was mainly into dividend stocks, so who knows PYR may end up being a stock that pays a regular dividend.
