You are always spreading the nonsense . As Develop BC said , we will stand up for those nonsense to new investors . I am working full time so I don't have time during workdays . I am trying to support the LONGS in teh weekend. Operation and Accounting are my fields , I have been doing that more than 30 years with much , much bigger scale . Here is my answer to your post :
- Selling price at $2 mil each (easy for calculation) . With markup profit (diiferent than profit margin) , I assump is 50% markup . The cost of each torch is around $1 million each .(not $2 mil as your mislead statement)
- In that $1 million , how much labor and how much material ? Per my experience , this is disrupt technology so labor has to be minimum 40% . Right there your material cost is reducing to $600K
- With $600K material cost , Supply Chain Management will kick in with Blanket PO , Schedule PO , Just In Time (JIT) inventory , Inventory in suppliers...... With expert team Pyro , I expect Pyro will stock not more than $2.4 million for potential $20 Million sale . I think my number is still high !!!
- Pyro is building Operation as skeleton structure . I know that becuase all new hirings ad. They can add in any bone bigger or ten , fifteen , twenty ....fingers each hand if needed
- They can scale up or scale down depend to delivery time of each contract
- They have standard installation instruction (completed first unit in RISE) so they can hire their own field persons or sub the contract outside to local contractors .
- LAST is the most important , PYRO is always receiving down payment . Assumption 30-40% ($900K - $1.2 Mil) , that amount should cover for entire project .
With $12 million just in plus US Navy , Saudi deal money , I don't think PYRO needs to raise any money for long time . If they are raising more money in next few years , it suppose to be very BIG things as buy out , building new plant .... With stock price now , Peter can go the bank with contract in hand , he can take out big amount . It is not difficult .
