RE:RE:RE:RE:Quick question about transferring from TFSA to RRSPGo to your broker's website and search from their list of forms the one to transfer from a TFSA to another account. This form should give you the choice to transfer money or stocks. Fill the form as requested and send it by fax. Use ZeroFax for free, it's easy. Your broker will call you to confirm your will and act as directed.
I have done this many times over the years.
For example, I filled three years of unused TFSA contributions last January with PYR and HPQ devaluated shares from my RRSP. I was holding those PYR and HPQ shares at an average price $0.41 and $0.095 and transferred them to my TFSA. You choose between the closure price and the highest or lowest of the day.
I had to pay taxes as it was a withdraw from a RRSP or whatever they call it because I am 80. (in French it's a FERR). later on, the share prices and the number of shares pushed my TFSA to skyrocket.
I hope it helps and works for you.

Thanks for all your replies, I will set up an appointment to talk to an investment advisor so I can get this done before the end of the year.
Cheers, Long and Strong PYR and HPQ !
