You are correct the customers wanted to move faster, but Peter had to slow them down for a reason. One of the reasons was, to see exactly what benefits the purchaser received from making the switch to plasma torch. To make sure those benefits were priced in. Peter wants to maximize the selling price for pyr and benefits for the end user. Jmo
