Two things seem that come to my eye are HPQ Nano division 50% ownership and Sojitz.
HPQ has been too quiet of late and their toys are getting too big at PYRs facility.Hence 30,000 sq' additional space could be allocated to powders PureVap / Nano. Possibility of a new name on the building after the long awaited powder business spinoff.
Sojitz business portfolio screams worldwide Drosrite sales IMHO. Could be that Sojitz is finally taking Pyro seriously now and time to make a move.
