RE:I am writing from Germany

RE:I am writing from Germany NP stands for N-Port -- the declaration of the holdings within an individual fund (PRNT) that is part of a larger entity (ARK holdings).

PYR has a redundant ARK listing due to filing overlap. It's not a double-up of ARK funds, it's the ETF having to show based on N-Port filings (the declaration of the fund within a larger entity), while the mother ship also has to declare all overall holdings only quarterly, so they tend to be way behind.

For further info:

- the 135,921 shares filed by the PRNT entity as an NP filing equates to the exact amount of PYR shares held on Apr 30, the end of ARK fiscal Q2 (they have a fiscal year end of July 31).

- The 211,000 shares filed by the mother ship under 13F equates to the exact amount of PYR shares held on March 31, the end of PRNT's reporting quarter. This number is way off now of course.

The current ARK PYR total holding is 127,521 shares as of yesterday.
