He should have read p. 13 of the Algoma presentation that I recently posted. He wouldn't look that foolish.
He should also have asked couple of question to Algoma management. He would have learned that with the video I posted on the EAF infrastructure @US Steel in Alabama, replacing natural gas burners by plasma torches is possible.
