The clown looks desperate. He probably got caught pants off, having to run to cover and he probably felt big time.

A CEO cannot come up with "fake news, not a real contract" as he's under the OSC rules.

Our shorts should rather be the ones that should be regulated though.  They'd all in prison now and would have all been fined.
