RE:shorts must be getting pretty nervous 30,000 That's not what that means. There is no pre-determined date by which a short has to cover. They can wait as long as they please and simply pay the cost to borrow fee up until they decide to cover.
"Days to cover" means the theoretical number of days it would take for the shorts to cover their positions (aka buy back the shares) based on the avg daily volume of trades.

Has anybody noticed that it is predominantly the same houses trading shares back and forth, trying to manipulate the share price. Looks like the fail to deliver is going to get bigger on Fintel.
