RE:RE:Time Line Vale Torch InstallationI expect that if all testing is successful, that the existing heavy oil burners will be replaced once they reach the end of their service life (which I believe is 18 to 24 months) and not before; assuming that the electrical infrastructure can support the plasma torches. Be aware that the current generation of Heavy oiil high pressure burners for iron ore pelletizing claim to reduce CO2 emissions by 5500 tons per year for an average iduration furnace compared to previous burners. This may allow them to achieve their shorter term green initiatives even if the electrical infrastructure limits the use of plasma torches'

Who ever is the client, after completing the SAT, they will use it for many months if not years before committing to more.
If they do, maybe in 2023 or 2024, it will be by batches of 2 to 4 torches at the time.
Don't expect a huge order, these potential clients are moving slow, very slow.

BIGMOE wrote: Can any body advise on the time line of the torch installation and SAT at Vale in Brazil
My understanding as follows:
End of June - Torch arrrives in Brazil
End of July - Torch installed and SAT completed by Vale with assistance from Pryo technical staff
In August - Torch performace is beigh reviewed by Vale
In August or September - Large order of 36 Torchs from Vale about $100 million (3 MW) or $65 million for 36 torches at $1.8 million for 1 MW.
