That's 16 months old I do not believe there's been any legal action Mariner took it down but it's still available on other sites..

Update 12:25pm on May 2: Adds company response.

PyroGenesis Canada (NASDAQ:PYR) dropped 2.8% after a new short report from Mariner Research was released.

Mariner Research alleges that the 3D printing company has "obfuscated disclosures" on related parties and that the company's 3D printing segment has gained "little traction despite half a decade of press releases."

Mariner sees downside to $0.74c, down about 88% from current levels.

PyroGenesis said on April 28 in response to the short call that the "report is replete with additional false and intentionally misleading statements, innuendoes, inaccuracies, outright distortions and lies,'' according to the company's CEO P. Peter Pascali.

The company said that is does not the short report "lightly" and will take "all legal action to hold those accountable for their actions."
